The SS Belt Conveyor provides reliable, hygienic product transport between processing, filling, packaging, and palletising stations. The all-stainless-steel construction — frame, legs, drive components, and belt — meets food-grade hygiene requirements and withstands the wash-down environments of food and beverage production.
Every conveyor is built to order — length, width, belt type, drive position, and incline angle are specified to match your line layout. Belt options include solid stainless-steel slat, modular plastic, and stainless-steel wire mesh, each suited to different product types and cleaning requirements.
Variable-speed drives allow conveyor speed to be matched to upstream and downstream equipment, with speed synchronisation available for integrated line control. Side guides, product diverters, and accumulation sections can be incorporated to suit complex line configurations.
