The Shrink Wrap Packaging Machine provides fully automatic film wrapping and heat-shrink bundling for bottles, cans, jars, and cartons. Products are collated into the required pack configuration — 2×3, 3×4, or custom — before being wrapped in PE or POF film and passed through a precision-controlled shrink tunnel to produce a tight, professional finish.
The servo-driven film feed and sealing system ensures consistent seal quality at all speeds, while the digital temperature controller maintains the shrink tunnel within ±2°C of the set point for uniform shrinkage across every pack. Film roll changeover takes under five minutes, minimising downtime between production runs.
The PLC control system stores up to 50 product recipes, enabling rapid format changeover without manual adjustment. An integrated reject conveyor removes any packs that fail the seal-integrity check, ensuring only correctly wrapped products reach the palletiser.
