Rotary Bottle Washer

The Rotary Bottle Washer provides continuous, high-throughput cleaning and sanitisation of returnable glass and PET bottles. Bottles are loaded onto a rotating carrier that moves them through a sequence of pre-rinse, caustic wash, intermediate rinse, and final sanitising rinse stages — ensuring every bottle is thoroughly cleaned before filling.

The multi-stage design allows independent temperature and chemical concentration control in each zone. Caustic solution is recirculated and filtered to reduce chemical consumption, with automatic dosing to maintain the correct concentration throughout the production run.

The stainless-steel construction and open-access design make the machine easy to inspect and maintain. Bottle format changeover is achieved by replacing the bottle pockets — a straightforward operation that can be completed by your maintenance team.
