The Rotary Filling & Capping Line combines a high-speed rotary volumetric filler with an integrated rotary capper — delivering a complete fill-and-seal solution for bottles and containers in a compact, efficient footprint. The rotary design achieves high throughput without the mechanical stress on containers associated with linear systems.
The filling system uses isobaric (counter-pressure) technology for carbonated products and gravity/volumetric filling for still liquids — switchable to handle both product types on the same line with minimal changeover. Fill volumes are electronically controlled and monitored, with automatic rejection of under- or over-filled containers.
The inline capper handles screw caps, crown corks, and ROPP aluminium closures depending on configuration. All product-contact parts are SS 316L with quick-release fittings for fast, tool-free cleaning and format changeover.
