The Linear Piston Filler is designed for products that are too viscous, chunky, or shear-sensitive for standard gravity or volumetric filling systems. The positive-displacement piston mechanism delivers a precise, repeatable fill volume regardless of product viscosity — from thin sauces to thick pastes and chunky products with particulates.
Each filling head operates independently, with electronically controlled piston stroke length setting the fill volume. The linear indexing system moves containers under the filling heads in a straight line, making it easy to integrate with upstream and downstream equipment. Format changeover is fast — fill volume adjustment is made via the HMI without tools.
All product-contact parts are SS 316L with food-grade seals, and the open frame design allows thorough cleaning. CIP connections are standard, and the filling heads can be removed for manual cleaning where required.
