Product Overview

Reliable fluid transfer built for hygienic environments.

The Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is engineered for the demanding hygiene requirements of food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing. All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from SS 316L stainless steel with a Ra ≤ 0.8 µm internal finish, eliminating crevices where bacteria can harbour and ensuring full drainability.

The single-stage impeller design delivers smooth, low-shear flow — ideal for transferring delicate products such as cream, yoghurt, juice, and flavoured beverages without product degradation. The mechanical seal is FDA-compliant and rated for CIP and SIP cycles up to 140°C, allowing in-place cleaning without disassembly.

Available in a range of impeller sizes and motor ratings to match your exact flow and head requirements, the pump can be supplied as a bare unit or as a complete skid-mounted assembly with inlet/outlet valves, pressure gauges, and a variable-frequency drive for precise flow control.
