Product Overview

Automated cleaning that protects your product and your uptime.

The CIP Cleaning System automates the cleaning and sanitisation of processing equipment — tanks, pipework, heat exchangers, and filling machines — without disassembly. Automated CIP eliminates the variability of manual cleaning, reduces chemical and water consumption, and provides a documented cleaning record for every cycle.

The system comprises dedicated tanks for water, caustic solution, acid solution, and rinse water, with a centrifugal supply pump, flow and conductivity monitoring, and a PLC controller that executes pre-programmed cleaning sequences. Cleaning parameters — temperature, concentration, flow rate, and contact time — are set and monitored automatically.

The modular design allows the system to serve multiple cleaning circuits simultaneously or sequentially, making it suitable for single-line installations and multi-line processing facilities alike.

Applications

  • Dairy processing lines
  • Beverage filling lines
  • Pasteuriser circuits
  • Mixing tank cleaning
  • Pharmaceutical vessels
  • Brewery & fermentation tanks
